practically didn't really do much 2day, jux went to view abt 3 apartments in serangoon area. 2 of which are mansionets & a landed. okay i shall elaborate..the 1st one, a mansionet, was okay only coz the toilet and rooms are quite small..but if u want u can build an extra attic on ur own. the 2nd one was better, also a mansionet but bigger, abt 1900+ sq feet, a spiral staircase & 4+1 bedrooms. the 3rd one is a landed property, hmm...quite cool but it is only single storey, so if u want more space or rooms then u can build another level and attic jux like any other terrace. so after viewing, went to have dinner at serangoon garden market, wahh ordered many foods today..got char kway teow, mee pok, mini wok, fried carrot cake, fish & chips, grassjelly, soybean. ahh! my mee pok so spicy! still claim tat they are best...i felt that there's lots of msg in it..so thirsty.

oh ya, some of ya may thk why recently i keep viewing houses..coz my place have been enbloc, so gotta look for a new place & property now is soo soo high...omg.
