studying mob...papers..notes..highlighters...

phew..finally done wif mob, after studying and doing hard memorizing for the past 1 wk. its finally over! but wait! theres still more coming the 2 wks after! my hard work for mob this time has finally paid off, i was able to ans most of the qns & the paper on the whole is relatively fine. and i thk i have applied a component on expectancy theory (B) which is by performing at a particular level is instrumental in attaining a desired outcome. omg...i can't get mob out of my head now! actually mob has made me found out a few of my weaks points, be it being a leader or a grp member. i realised the mistakes i have made and afterall im still human, so all humans do make mistakes. as a leader, i found out tat sometimes i can be autocratic, but im gg to change it! as i prefer democratic style! LOLs.. while preparing to leave the hse to sch for exams 2day, i all of a sudden rained! omg, so heavy till even my big umbrella wasnt of much use,my jeans were soaked till above kneecap lvl, soak thru to my fone..omg..my area was flooded so water splashed in while running to the shelterd bus-stop, and taxis running by worsen the situation by splashing water too...got to sch drenched..
